From what I’ve looked up, Demerara sugar (from the UK) is like Turbinado sugar, or even like Trader Joes natural brown sugar. Golden syrup is in the grocery store in the baking section. It is cane sugar syrup. Porridge oats are quick-cooking oatmeal.
