I take it that ‘make it rain’ refers to money being tossed onto the stage.

I don’t see the problem. I would think her being wet would make for a better show.

I guess I’m missing some info, since I don’t go for the whole pole dancing/bar scene. I’m not sure why someone would use the phrase “Make it rain” when they’re NOT around a professional rainmaker.

That is no pole dancer and the Chief knows it so he ordered up the rain delay until the real dancers showed-up.
