Andre Luiz Pinheiro a retired police officer in Taubate, Brazil, now patrols the streets dressed as Batman in an attempt to guide children away from a life of crime! No Japanese soldiers have engaged in combat since World War II! Penguins have a gland over their eyes that converts seawater into freshwater to help protect their vision!

It’s a good thing the Japanese haven’t gone into war after WW2. They perpetrated some really horrendous torture on the Chinese.

Japan has an unfair playing field in the world economy. If they were to contribute to our defense budget we could lead the world again in manufacturing goods. We should bill them the billions we spend to protect their sovereignty. Theirs is a false economy.

If we could learn the secret of that gland over the penguin’s eye, we could have all the fresh water we need.

I remember reading somewhere that Japan now may only engage in war if it is attacked.

I remember the story in which several old Japanese soldiers were found on a deserted island still carrying on the war after all those years. When they finally talked them into surrendering, they said they were unhappy at first when they were told that Japan had lost the war. But later when they saw how much influence they had on the world enconomy, they said “well we won the war after all!” By the way, I understand that Japan’s schools teach their children that “Japan was right in the War!”
