The world will end for at least one person when Rat dies. Of course, that person will be Rat.

Alas poor Rat, you are so vain to think yourself a realist when as a realist you would realize that no one will care about you once your gone and that you are extremely unimportant in the grand scheme of things

The truly scary part is that what Rat said about the world ending when he dies is almost a direct quote from Ayn Rand.

Good goal. The one thing i Really hate about dying is missing the stuff that will come around after I’m gone.

Funny. Humility comes from the root word for humus, earth. And rats are closer to the earth than most of us—so they should be humbler.

And it’s only the humble person who stands on the earth and knows it, and can do worthwhile and lasting things.
