Love your strip Scott, which would seem odd given that I’m a Canuck and on most things I’m left of centre but I see that even sometimes you see the hipocrisy of the right. But every Nov 11 I stand in attendance for those who never came back.. Hopefully we don’t lose any more potentially great young men or women for senseless needs or deeds.

Not all veterans are Christian. To show nothing but crosses demeans all veterans of non-Christian religions and those with no religion.

It is incredibly unfair that as fast as our service men and women die for our freedom the government tries to take away those very freedoms. Take the Patriot Act and shove it.

These people fought with everything they have.

Freedom isn’t free. Some wars, in retrospect, may have been unnecessary, but we shouldn’t hold that against our veterans.
