Time to switch, Peekaboo, before things get out of proportion. I remember a few years back when “experts” suggested that new moms could include their babies in their workouts as weights. Guess baby pruke was just one of those occupational hazards.
Nothing to do with exercising but,when I get a charlie horse I have to keep walking around and around. My cat runs in front of me tripping me when I walk towards the kitchen where her food bowl is.
My warmup routine has 4# anckle weights and the little 5# dumbbells. Bench press is a pair of 12# and bench rows as well as shoulder shrugs use 15#. Number of reps varies by my condition.

When I’m trying to exercise, my cat usually rubs up against me and purrs affectionately – trying to get me to stop that frenetic nonsense.
