Hope he gives a 90 day guarantee.I had a minister who did and that marriage lasted almost twenty years. ( We won’t talk about the others.)

Nothing “happened.” I was there.

Two “dates that weren’t” really, and married my wife, minister made no guarantees, 42 years and counting, and I had some of Toggle’s “oddities”. Gee, I stayed in the room at HoJo’s NEXT to the room the Watergate burglars were spotted from. They actually have a plaque in that room.

Gee, Joanie. I have that strip. You looked like you were having more fun at the Magruder wingding than when Scot first asked you out…to vespers.

The Rev and Joanie went out in November 1972, after the Watergate break in but before the scandal blew wide open. The first date was to the Vespers. The second date was a stroll in the park, where they found themselves in the middle of a demonstration. Joanie broke it off before anything “serious” happened.
