I kinda think that if Lila was serious about marrying her Dr. , she would be wearing her engagement ring and you so very rarely see it. I have a feeling this is a wedding that will never happen so Lila better knuckle down and get better at her job or she will be one of the many job seekers this country has at this time. God help her then!
This is a difficult question. If the position goes to Lorraine, it will feel like a rehash of the Alexandra plots. If the position goes to Boyd, it will feel like a rehash of the Drew plots.
You know what would be funny? Giving the position to LILA. That would be fresh.
You know what else? That would be one way to get Lila off the phones. Nobody could cover for her, true, but also her low productivity might not matter as much if she were given some management responsibilities.
