On the other side of the topic – It must have been very frustrating for the Boychuks to make sure they got the details right in the drawing of Iron Man, only to see the colorist completely misunderstand the intent.
I do feel badly for Buddy Ebsen – they dumped him like a rock as soon as he got sick. At least he had some flexibility. Think of poor Margaret Hamilton, the wicked witch. She was badly burned during one of those flash-fire disappearing scenes when her make-up caught fire. The studio execs visited her at the hospital and demanded that she get back to work – that is until the doctor came in and ripped them a new one. Ah, the good old days. BTW, she stayed on the job even after they treated her so badly because she was a single mother (husband left her) and needed the work.

Epson didn’t get the lead because of the lead?

Don’t want this to lead to anything but it was aluminum that caused Ebsen’s problem.

I would have liked to have met some of those several hundred year old women wearing lead paint. Its a shame they were all nuked.
