Ah yes, the days spent plucking ticks off of the dogs at my gr’grand-dad’s ranch. Build a little fire in a can, heat up the end of a piece of wire, apply to tick, when tick moves, grab with tweezers and toss into can. Gets a lovely POP sound and maybe a whiff of burnt blood. The things boys enjoy! :)

Light an inscense stick and apply it to ticks butt, when tick backs out of dog, grab tick with paper towel and tear head off.
