So all that hypothesizing about the two characters yesterday and how their story would play out was a waste. It was just a 5 second appearance to get Steve some clubs. Molly is quite the….hmm….what’s the word I’m looking for?
Hatchet: Generally a week or so before the season starts. Gil only runs 3 or 4 offensive plays, and the defense essentially lines up in the same old 4-3 set on every down. So really, the Mudlarks don’t need a whole lot of summer practice.
Who wants to bet Molly is 17, and her 18th birthday is coming up soon, so she just has to wait until then for them to date and not potentially break any laws?
Molly is using the age difference for an excuse because she doesn’t want to date a one-armed guy. I bet she wouldn’t use that excuse when some old rich geezer came along looking to be her sugar daddy.
