Unfortunately my honey, who’s 35, does that sometimes. He has a huge speaker in his trunk, can’t fit anything else in there. Midlife crisis maybe?

Well, I’m back in town after a trip to Florida. Apparently, I need to send the Buckets to another family reunion involving beaches and a zipline park.

I have a rather powerful system in my car and I am 58. When some kid comes up with his “Thump-a-tumpa” I usually que up the 1812 Overture (with Cannon) That usually gets their attention.

I’ve often (and I’m sure I’m not the only one) who’s dreamed of having directional speakers added to my car with which I can fire back at noisy drivers with, oh, I dunno, The Carpenters or Bing Crosby or something fun. …Of course, I wouldn’t expect the other driver to ‘get it’, and it’s just as likely that he’d take offense and start shooting.
