Kids, we're going to the mall to shop for back-to-school clothes. Clothes shopping is bad enough, but back-to-school clothes shopping is intolerable! I refuse to go! I refuse to go, too! Suit yourselves. I'll be happy to pick out your clothes all by myself. Summer vacation is even over and already we're getting schooled. Mall

Anyone remember Sears “toughskins”? They would not fade, they would not soften up with washing, they would not wear out. The only solution would be to outgrow them, but then you’d get new toughskins to try to break in. I am certain, three thousand years from now, future archaeologists will dig up my perfectly preserved toughskins.
