    Hogs also hunt by smell. They use them to find truffles in Europe.

    chayasnana: Not much any more. Hogs tend to eat the valuable fungus as soon as they find them. Carnivorous dogs are preferred now because they will did them up, but not try to eat them. Except for a few breeds like greyhounds, dogs also hunt by scent.
