By applying the same principle of painting historic characters in current settings and dress we should now be painting such subjects as “Henry the Eighth at a Chinese Buffet” and “Ben Franklin visits Wal-Mart”.
While morosely sipping her Starbuck’s, Mary seriously contemplated using the .38 S&W she was carrying concealed under her robe. He’d never stand her up again !
