And what’s worse for Nate is he got a pink balloon……..

Now THAT was at least 3X better than yesterday’s prepared script written for Marty!

And Nate’s expression is the same in all three panels he appears in!!

School is a fact of like. It is to prepare you for life. Would Nate rather be out hoeing the garden and pulling weeds? Would he rather be out in the bush picking berries, outmaneuvering bears getting ready for hibernation? Would he rather be out hunting and killing animals for food, gutting them, tanning the hides for clothing? Would he be any good at weaving baskets in whic to carry his food? We’ve evolved beyond this, thus school is to prepare us for today’s world.I didn’t sympathise with my children and I still don’t sympathise with children who complain.

How soon before the whole school starts untying the balloons and talking with the helium? “Follow the yellow brick road!”
