Duh. After I’d had maybe twenty or more different jobs…got SO bored and knew it “ALL” I’d quit on a six-month basis…except after a while I could walk into a job and know how to do it, even sometimes how to do a better, far better job…and I got over being a vet and many divorces and for about twenty-some-odd years was ALWAYS the best. Very BIG time a couple of times. HIRE SOME VETS. Help a guy acclimatize. Got stuff a guy can do on his own?Responsibly? he WON’T have to be retrained…sometimes he can take over a group, and anyway he can turn a group into a team for you…
