Holey food, EWWW!

Wholly holey.

Petey, forced to move along!Cul de Sac, in the last week of its current original run!Too many Ernestos in the real world, Parkinson’s for one….

I guess spaghetti-O’s are out, too.

Several days to go until the final strip.

Petey is now worried about the topology of his food.

We had a first grader in our after-school program who wouldn’t eat anything with holes. He tried to toss out an entire box of windmill-shaped cookies because they had holes in them. Also wouldn’t eat broken cookies – he stuffed everything in his mouth because even if HE broke it, it was “spoiled”.

I’m sure that after this strip ends they’ll start over from the beginning. Another strip that could be ending at years end is Cow & Boy but for financial reasons. Not fun seeing our favorite funnies ending.

Those hats are so cheesy.

Donuts are fine Petey. But, you’re right about the holes. If you eat them, you’ll be sick.

Those of you worried about this strip ending next week — the good news is that you’ve been happily reading reruns since July. When the series officially restarts the week after next you probably won’t notice the difference!

Donuts don’t have any holes. Their surfaces are unbroken.

Swiss cheese on a bagel would probably induce a severe trauma fit in Petey.

My hubby hates all donuts except Krispy Kreme that are less than 5 minutes off the conveyer belt.

I wonder if he’d eat donut holes…
