I should NOT have to click over from my daily email just to get a legible version of this comic. This happens every Sunday, and I’m getting tired of it. Reruns like The Boondocks, I get it. It’s old, you don’t care. But a first-run strip? Inexcusable. Get rid of the *%$ title panel and use the extra space for the actual comic. Even in the higher res version, I can barely read the dialogue in the last panel.
I used to think the chicken joke was the lamest in the world. Only in adulthood did I realize that it wasn’t originally meant for little kids. It expects you to know a lot of jokes already and think too hard about a jokey answer. The super-obvious solution is subversive and somewhat playfully insulting to the listener’s intelligence.

Hi GoldenRoya! I too look forward to the day chickens are free to roam wherever they want without an investigation starting.
