Hypochondriacs seldom say they’re terminally ill because somebody would soon call them on it.
Hypochondria doesn’t keep you from getting sick any more than paranoia keeps you from having enemies.
At the end of the list, it should say “Disregard all symptoms and hysteria”
How about asthma and anemia?
