Well, I think it’s about time that “institution” let in Women; after all, we Women are Human Beings as much as you men are. History already shows this – or are you boys forgetting about Suffrage?.Besides, your so-called “comments” don’t fit this cartoon at all.

At least he tried, incurring repub criticism. Did either Bush try? Certainly not the Bush who had Condi as National Security Advisor. I dodn’t like her, but she should be able to play golf wherever she wishes.

Their position is “Women are okay, so long as they’re rich and powerful. Other women need not apply.”

If this is going to be such a big deal then go and ban women-only gyms. In fact Gold’s Gym in my area has a women-only section you can kill that too. There are places that cater to one gender only and there’s nothing wrong with that.

Good thing they handed Rice an engraved invitation. She would have never insisted on something like this of her own volition. Condoleeza really seems to prefer the status quo.

It amazes me that women complain about MEN’S clubs that prohibit women membership, but you never hear about women allowing men into their organizations. Maybe, because men DON’T want to belong to women’s clubs. Why must women invade MEN’s clubs, feel that is equality, and need to harrass men.

“Honest to God, I HATE Liberalism!!!”Yes, we’re aware of how ignorant and hateful you are. You don’t have to declare it; the words you choose for your comments scream it.

Don’t know about her golf swing, but as Secretary of State, this poor little rich girl (check her real history, her uncle’s Bentley, private skating and piano lessons, and early entry into a college, where her dad was CHANCELLOR!) was the worst in the History of the United States!

    1) All forms of human progress, against medieval theocracy.2) Respect for all people, regardless of ethnicity or socioeconomic status.3) Science, as opposed to superstition and ignorance.4) Protection of the weak against those who would crush them; in other words, liberty and justice for all, not just kings, priests and the nobility. 5) Concern for the environment (the true ground of being, not some imaginary sky fairy) as something other than a source of short-term profit.

Shall I continue? I think the antics (if you want to parse that as “evil demagoguery” I won’t stop you) of the conservatives of today—Bachmann, Perry, Santorum (remember them?), Bush-Cheney, Inhofe, Jack Schaap, the catholic cadre of child-molesters, Akin ad infinitum, gives us sufficient reason to be glad for the generally liberal sentiments (despite numerous easily observed failings) of what can only hope is a bare majority of the American voting populace.

What, exactly (other than abortion rights) do you hate (your word) about liberalism? Voting rights for blacks and women? Child-labor laws? National Parks? Hate crime legislation? Pure food and drug laws? The Clean Air Act? A secular constitution that doesn’t allow your religion an established place of power in society? Scientific discovery? Some form of social security and/or safety net? Freedom of speech? Religion? Conscience? Assembly? The Press? Which one(s) of the rights in the Bill of Rights do you wish to repeal? Because we, the rational, are going to oppose your neo-fascist hatreds with everything we’ve in us.

Why don’t you go crawl back under your pew and grovel in front of your non-existent deity, and come back only after you’ve gotten an education and a capacity to think.

Thats not bound to liberalism, but feminism. There are hotels who have floors reserved for women, but apparently if men got that it would get the world off its axis, or as you say if women wants a golf club for only women just make it. But apperently thats not good enough.

The word GOLF is an acronym.Nope. The word “golf” is a modern spelling. In days long gone there would have been multiple spellings. Even Shakespeare spelled his name a number of ways.

Golf, an acronym? ROFL!Then why was it included in my PE class in high school? (I knew I couldn’t play when my ball only rolled a few inches and stopped.)Now SCUBA – that’s an Acronym. (Self-Contained Underwater Breathing Apparatus. Merci, Jacques!)
