My grandparents were farmers and died at 95 & 96 of old age. My mother is 94 and eats anything she wants. I’m 68 and all my test results are great. Why would I want to settle for plants instead of a good steak??
Actually, when you go totally meatless, and fishless, it’s called VEGAN Treggie. Believe me, my oldest went Vegan a few years ago. Very hard to cook for at Holiday times, but I manage. And it actually is healthy, but I still like my meats too much to change.
