Have been meaning to comment: All this is so typical of cat behavior (with a teeny allowance for exaggeration, comics-wise). When Chow, our silver tabby found out about a new kitty in the household, her eyes became slitty and she refused to speak to us for weeks. This happened with both new kitties. Chow was NOT amused.
