At the risk of sounding like a complete newb…do they take siestas in Spain? Or is it just Mexico…both? (Before anyone says it, yes, I’m completely ignorant in this area.)
Ahh, i see. I was about to say that sounds awesome, lightenup! Except yeah, knew you were going to say the school day was longer :P. It makes sense though. There’s that mid-day slump when it’s hard to be very productive, school or work.
Wow, what is it with people today? See tr.phipps’s post. It seems like a lot of the posters here are well-traveled. I prefer first hand experience to internet junk – many sites of which tell different stories.

not sure about Spain, but they do in Italy. Which seems to have a very similar schedule :)
