“There is plenty of very tasty vegetarian food.”Yes indeed. Anyone who thinks that there isn’t must have very limited tastes themselves. Here are a few that come immediately to mind: Indian, Thai, Mexican, Chinese, Ethiopian.
Some of of those things aren’t even unusual, in my experience. I’ve known three women who were virgins when they got married, and vegetarian cuisine is tasty and enjoyable as a routine matter — just go to any Indian or Vietnamese restaurant. I don’t recall there being any scandal personally involving either of the the Presidents Bush, Ronald Reagan, Jimmy Carter, or Gerald Ford — presidents without scandal are much more common, in fact. I usually like TMCM, but this one (except for the “tattooless hipster,” which is a contradiction in terms), leaves me cold.
