’Then there is the food stamp form, Oh and Obamacare form, and prescription assistance form, and a voucher for clothes from the Red Cross (form needed, natch) etc, etc. By that time her house will be rebuilt by Habitat for Humanity and she will need to fill out a bunch of forms for that!

The only reason they rebuilt all those homes in the ninth ward was that no one wanted the refugees.
