funny how definitions of words change – go back a couple generations and the word church had a very different society definition than it does now. just like the word christian. so imho – in today’s society avis will find the ‘church’ of her choice. but rose’s definition of what avis is looking for seems to fit pretty good.
Join the church with the best bingo games, then just attend the bingo not the church services. If you’re seen often enough, maybe folks won’t remember where they saw you. Plus, when do you attend? 11 o’clock? Oh, I attend the (other service time) service.
