Mom: Alice? What are you doing? Alice: Playing. Mom: It is almost midnight. Alice: See, earlier this evening, after the tea party had gone so horribly wrong> Bubsey Clownpants pushed Li'l Baby Cutiepie into the volcano. Then, in a fit of jealous rage, Polyfill Bunny was just about to empty the teapot down Bubsey's clownpants... when suddenly, BOOM! It's bedtime! Mom: Get in bed. Alice: Mom. Mom: Now go to sleep. Alice: I can't sleep with all this tension!

I love Alice’s hair. And I can’t believe her mother expects her to sleep with all that tension amongst the toys. It would drive anybody to distraction!

Wait! Was Polyfill jealous of Li’l Baby Cutiepie for being pushed into the volcano, or jealous of Bubsey Clownpants doing the pushing? If Polyfill DID empty the teapot down Bubsey’s pants, would that make him Bubsey Teapants? Was Li’l Baby Cutiepie in fact to blame for the tea party going horribly wrong?
It’s only 11:00 AM, but I already know I won’t sleep tonight either. One thing I know, though, anyone named “Li’l Baby Cutiepie” no doubt deserved to get pushed into a volcano.

LOVE Alice’s toys names! Love how Richard emphasises words in the dialogues by underlining them! Love this comic!

I had a toy gorilla named Macaroni and Meatballs. Of course, I also had a panda named Panda, a smaller panda named Baby Panda, a copper-colored bear named Coppie Bear, a lobster named Lobby, and a smiley-face pillow named Smiley Pillow.
I had a stuffed dog named 226, but that was already his name when I inherited him from my Aunt. She had lived in apartment 228, and he was a gift from her next-door neighbors…
