Well, I got out of bed to discover we had no milk, coffee, or cereal, and I had to dress, then run to the grocery store at 7:30 – in the tail-end of Karen. So….drowned rat might cover it.
Not as good as I’d like. I went for a consult on a facelift today. This vegetarian diet has me more than 10 # less than I’d like to stay once I’m off of it. Working out every day, though, will make it easy to get in the best shape ever so I’ll look even better once I get back up to a proper size 10 (where I’m comfortable).
I plan to live another 25 years in good health and my doctors are really all impressed by my vitality and all my charts. Even the comparisons that THIS doctor was showing me are of women 10 years younger (and I can see they have let their faces be far more damaged by sun etc.) Mine will mostly be filling in for lost weight (I’m not made to have BMI under 21).

She looks so DIFFERENT in that first panel. I rather like that look better, I think.

Being retired – no demands on me and get all the sleep I want. I’m bright-eyed and bushy-tailed. Funny comic!

Good for a man in his 80s. Unfortunately, I’m 40.

Somewhat smaller, having lost nearly 40 lbs. since bypass surgery, but also somewhat baggier, with loose skin under chin, arms, etc.
