I always have several books on the go, thankfully did not lose reading comprehension after strokes. I order books from library and have a couple of thousand of my own
The only “books” I’ve read this year are on various aspects of health; I’ll be getting into some more fun things on my medieval studies this year (and always a classic in Spanish for brain exercise).
I haven’t read a book in years. Used to read ALL the time! I can barely manage to keep up with the only magazine I get anymore, “Woman’s Day”. It was free with Stouffer’s points, or I wouldn’t have bothered with it either. it is a nice magazine though.
And I did download the Amazon Kindle app just so I could get the 3 “Ten Cats” books by Graham Harrop.

One of my favorites was “Geek Look”. Right now I’m on a Koontz and Ian Rankin kick.

Family of Secrets, about the Bush crime family, and Worlds of Sound, about the Folkways record label.

I’m reading Johnny Hart’s Growing Old With B.C. I’m liking it so far.

Laugh if you will, but my grand-nephew gave me Isaac Asimov’s Foundation Trilogy – written in the early 1950s, but a very good read.

*yeah bev, you’re older than me by about 2 years? LOL!
I actually never drank Moxie, been told it tastes horrible. I do really like Beemans and Black Jack gum though. Cloves, not so much.
