Astrophysics has nothing to do with the time ‘change’. The amount of daylight may change slightly either plus or minus depending on the time of year, but you aren’t saving anything by “Springing ahead”..Here’s the most reasonable explanation that I heard of what changing the clocks is like… .Take the sheet off of your bed. Cut 12" off of the bottom. Sew that section to the top of the sheet. In the fall, reverse the process..Maybe there’s a better ‘PC’ term for it like: “Oh look! We made the sun god stay in the sky later by changing the numbers on our clocks”, time.…..Anyone else think it’s dumb?
