Quaker Oat Square with raisins, or grilled cheese and tomato soup. I’m a real gourmet.

The only thing I could eat every day is pizza. Just made the first batch (since my vegetarian year) last week. I’m trying to make it even more whole grain than before (adding bulgar and bran to the whole wheat flour).

I already make my red sauce using broccoli as well as tomatoes (this time I cooked the broccoli in water already used for beet roots, so it kept red color), 3 cheeses – all natural, part skim parmesan, mozzarella and another plus mushrooms and a nitrate-free pepperoni.

I’m very pleased with the results, but I’d like the dough to rise a little more. It’s been less than a week since I baked 8, and already ate 2. I’m not sure if my new guy would like them. He eats bigger servings than I.

Seafood is my favorite food. Lobster, shrimp, scallops, fish, crab……with plenty of steamed or roasted veggies. That’s good eats.

No, I’m not a very good cook. I can do palatable but not wonderful, so if I step out of that box…….scary things can happen.
