Yes. Whenever I’m wrong. So does my husband. Sincerely; not like Peter’s bit…errr…wife.

To each other and whoever we’ve done wrong. That’s just a matter of good manners.

I apologise so much I apologise for apologising…..

I’ve had a close girlfriend for about 40 years, who grew up in England…

She says I ought to be English, I apologise so much…

and so does she, and so does her (also English) husband.

When we’re together, we try to remind ourselves and each other to just stop it!

Especially when exchanging presents….

cos we apologise for the gifts we give before the other person even opens them.

“Well, this isn’t really what I wanted to get you, but…. blah blah….

and before you see it, I just want you to know that if you don’t like the color I could …. etc."

Stupid!!

But meanwhile….. Tigressy, did you notice that tonight’s strip is in color?

In the ‘and if you believe this’ category………..I never apologize because I never do anything wrong – - I was right the other day because I am always right — just ask my husband.

My mother was Canadian, I’m not.

The proper response is, “Of course I was right. What’s your point?”
