So I just read that studies have shown sugar does not actually create this buzz at all. Usually, kids get these sweets at parties and similar events where they’re wound up anyway. Also, because parents expect kids to be hyped up when they have sugar, they treat them in such a way that the kids think, “I should be hyped up.” Who knew? Of course all that sugar is still really bad for you.

Sorry cdward. I think the sugar companies conducted those studies. I have seen first hand too many times the sugar rush and crash to believe it.

I found that if I have trouble going to sleep, I will have some chocolate 2 hours before I want to go to bed. The sugar crash actually helps me sleep through the night. Weird or What!
