This reminds me of a bar in Florida years ago that featured midgets dressed as Napoleon that entertained and posed for pictures with their patrons …! Never had an “unhappy hour” there…!
I was looking for the owner of a locked store and went into the local dive bar next door. My eyes adjusted to the darkness and I saw that 2:30 on a weekday is not the only unhappy hour.
