The middle panel dialogue makes no sense, it is as if the panel is out of sequence.
It appears Jim Brozman just has a bunch of panels which he stick together in any order and hopes it makes sense.
CHRIST! Am I EVER going to see a story where the evil villain DOESN’T reveal his plan to the good guys for no apparent reason?
Next week, when these two have stopped trading lame puns and insults, what’s the bet Tracy miraculously overpowers Jack and saves the day?
A word of advice, Jack -

Unrelated questions and comments.
Are they brothers? Who are Alan and Katheren? (Judge Parker).
Will Rusty be saved? (Mark Trail). Is Ted really a phoney? (Mary Worth). Mr. Walker becoming VERY uncomfortable. (Phantom) Will Willy get the sickness from the food? Rex Morgan)
Grok, - the guy in panel #1 is Dick Tracy. But Dick Tracy is singing to himself, “CAN’T READ MY.. .CAN’T READ MY… NO YOU CAN’T READ IT, MY POKER FACE!!!”
Tracy began to feel uncomfortable. He squinted as he tried to hold everything in. He hated how his “movement problems” popped up at the most inconvient times. He hoped to distract himself with some useless babble.
“If B.O. Plenty has legitimate cash in his home, it’s there for a reason. Care to tell me why”?
Just then Tracy shot all over the place, ruining Jacks shirt. Horrified, they motioned for the story to shift to another scene unrelated to the current action to give Jack time to change his shirt.
“How I wish I could just plug Dick right now”, Jack angrily muttered to himself.
“This job is too big to let you spoil it – you’ve been dealt a bad hand, friend”.
Jack was worried when he realized he didn’t have another shirt exactly like the one he was wearing.
“Dick, do you think the readers will notice I’m wearing a different shirt”?
“I don’t know, Jack. If they look back two days ago it’s very apparent”.
Suddenly both of them were startled by a voice from above.
“Bah, bygone with those stupid thoughts. The fanboys will never notice you’re wearing a different shirt. Those Magpies would never dare question the decision of the great Locher and his number one.”
Trembling, both Tracy & Jack thought it was best not to offend the great one and to just continue as if nothing happened. Facing the readers with his new shirt Jack continued.
“Don’t mind at all Tracy, because you’ll never live to tell anyone”.
Jack sighed deeply. All he really wanted to do was shoot, not talk.
Tracy meanwhile felt some rumbling.

No complaints, like the art work, and today the story moves along.

Jackie should just shoot Tracy and get it over with it. It would put Tracy AND us out of our misery.

I see I did not miss much plot while I was gone.

Tracy: I don’t really care about your scheme, I just gotta know what is that shadow thing on your head?
Jack: I won’t shoot you Tracy, I’m gonna strap you to this incredibly complex killing apparatus, and then leave before I see if it works or not!
