I’m still confused why anyone would kill the writer’s agent. (Yeah yeah, agent jokes.)But the agent really has nothing to do with the production. Only Austin and the producer would have any contact with him.Knocking him off would only slow the production until the body was removed. (If the Hangman really wanted to stop the production, he’d kill the director, or the guy in charge of the prosthetic make-up. It would shut things down until replacements were hired.)I’m wondering if the agent was the intended target, and any others are a smokescreen.-A few days ago, there were comments about this story being a whodunnit.Just because we’ve gotten a note doesn’t name the killer.Agatha Christie had a killer who left notes in “The ABC Murders,” and they didn’t tell Poirot who done it.Did you know Christie coined the phrase “the scene of the crime”?
