Is the ‘birdie’ the same as the badminton shuttlecock?

Tag sales are always good for slight used exercise equipment

there could actually be some worthwhile things for sale there, maybe they should contact the show cash in the attic

Will the box marked “cash” get cheaper to buy as the sale progresses like the $5 old dog dish?

Most garage sales in our neighborhood start at 6:00 AM and everything worth buying is gone by 9:00 AM.

What’s “Not for Sale?” the fan? or the strainer? I want the fan- for free.

    That’s not a sale! :-D

Around here, I see a lot of garage sales with one little old lady, and one table, with a table cloth, full of dishes. They aren’t really having a garage sale, they are having a social, just to have somebody to talk to. Sorta sad, really. Being a guy, unless I see shiny and/or square stuff from the street, or real wood furniture, I don’t even stop the car. If all I see is kid stuff and lumpy piles of colors not found in nature, I barely even slow down. I probably miss some hidden treasures that way, but you can only make so many stops before burnout sets in.
