We went out to eat last night, ordered a steak to be cooked medium rare. Came out medium well. I mentioned it to the waitress (slow service as well). She 1, did not charge me for the steak, 2, Had the chef prepare a fresh steak medium rare, and 3, gave me free dessert. I ended up giving her a 30% tip for very slow service, but it was the best slow service I have ever had.
