I don’t know about that one- otters can play pretty rough. But, being Canadian otters, at least they’ll be polite.

The kid in this story is now 42 years old and the director of a large retirement home for seniors. She is my niece. When she was about 5 they had a basset hound that got pregnant. It was ‘close’ to time and one day they couldn’t find the dog. My sister-in-law noticed the door to the crawl space was open so she told the little one to see if the dog was under there and if she’d had the puppies. She crawled in a few steps and yelled out ‘I found Sadie but she doesn’t have puppies she has otters!‘. To which my sister-in-law said “She has what?? Oh come on! She cannot have otters!”…. the niece replied "Well, they’re long, their black, their shiny and they look like otters to me!" Bass-a-labs! How that little doofus even knew what an otter was is still a mystery to all of us.
