The same with bells added on cat toys. My cat finds the sound of a bell the signal to run through the apartment like a bat out of hell. She does this in the morning before she settles down for her 3-hour nap.!
Ha! I had this happen this morning. Coaxed the dogs out (in the rain) to do their business. Took a good 5 minutes to get them out the door. Stepped back and right onto a Squeaky… Spent another 7 minutes extracting squeaky from corgi’s mouth and coaxing both back out again to do their business. #$%&! was it cold in the living room after all that time with the door open!

Oh wow isn’t this the truth? I hate it when I step on a squeeky toy in the middle of the night and wake the dogs.
