It’s a shame that here in California when the air quality was polluted with smoke, there were still insensitive people still smoking cigarettes out in public. Just downright selfish people.
there is no magical trash fairy who cleans up these butts along the sides of the street. After someone has been slobbering on those things for 15 minutes or so, who wants to pick it up? Shake out the old tobacco and put the filter in your pocket and throw it away in the trash.
