Woman: Governor, we all think you've done a marvelous job coping with the latest natural disasters! Duke: Well, it's been no picnic, I'll tell you that! You have no idea what the emergency relief bureaucracy's like! I must have spent a week pleading with those morons in Washington before they'd send me as much as a Band-aid! Every last agency in town's all tied up with local disasters! Woman: Did you try the Peace Corps? Duke: Sure, I tried the Peace Corps - I cabled them several times! Woman: And? Duke: They sent me a dozen math teachers!
