How can Mike think about oat bran at a time like this?

She said she heard it on Mark’s show. She did NOT say Mark said it. He does have guests.

…whereas now, two-plus decades later, she’d be taking what some idiot on the Internet said as a proven trend instead.

……oat bran and then head out to the nearest strip club! If he doesn’t get lucky with a stripper, at least he might enjoy a good ole fashioned BM!
