With someone like Barr as the head of the Justice Department, they won’t even be charged. Well maybe the Prosecutors would be charged for bringing false charges against the oh so innocent elite.

As I recall, the tobacco executives were allowed to testify without being under oath. Essentially, Congress approved their lying.
