Way back in the day I read Doonesbury in a local paper. Ron Reagan gave Frank Sinatra the Medal of Freedom, Gary Trudeau did a comic of a photo featuring Sinatra and a group of underworld figures captioned “I did it my way.” The papers owner, a rampant conservative, dropped the strip and I was not able to read Doonesbury until I discovered this site. I enjoy the opportunity to fill in the blanks.

And to think just 45 years ago this week, Baby Kim was quoting Jimmy Carter.
