Indeed!

FORTUNATELY, my parents NEVER had that trouble!! And my Mom’s Mom was one of my Dad’s best friends!I was VERY LUCKY as a child!!!

If He’s so Stupid what does that say for the moron that married him?

@BigChiefDesotoThere is a widow at my church who was married over 50 years. She quoted her late husband say that he lost his best friend in the world when his mother-in-law died.

My mother-in-law was the best. Too bad I didn’t have longer. She died 3years later.

Really – I do not like all of the husband bashing. Go back to Norma and Norma storyline. We never see any threads about the little brother either. What is he doing?

It doesn’t surprise me that an advertising exec dreamed up MIL day. With Halloween and Christmas stuff in the stores already, you wonder where the retail world would be without holidays. Another concept I’ve never heard of until moving to the midwest is is Sweetest day, or Sweeties day, just a reason to buy more flowers and candy. (pretty romantic, arent I?) Also, didn’t Darrin Stevens work on Bewitched? His MIL was a real witch wasn’t she?

What horrible people. No wonder she is such a monster. She gets it from her mother.
