Usher: I'm sorry, sir. You can't bring your rink into the theater!
Ralph: But it costs a fortune to buy one inside!
Usher: You'll have to throw it away.
Ralph: OK, fine.
June: I thought you threw that away!
Ralph: I threw away the decoy!
Given the price of tickets and snacks, I rarely go to the movies. Only when other family members insist so strongly I have no choice..Three tickets costs about $40, and then add another $20 for snacks. For that money I can buy a Blu-Ray ($15-25), and have enough leftover to take us to dinner..I’m not concerned about the “theater experience”. My home theater has better sound, the screen size is good enough (since we’re sitting on a couch 10’ away), we can pause the film for bathroom breaks, and we don’t need to worry about the distractions from dozens of strangers.
