Ralph: Gee, honeybunch! That's a nice painting! I had no idea you could paint so well! June: I didn't actually paint it all by myself... I bought it! But then when I hung it on the wall, it didn't match our furniture. So I'm just changing the colors slightly! Ralph: You're repainting another artist's painting?? June: Of course not! I have too much respect to change an artist's work! I'm just touching it up a little! Ralph: You added a boat! June: Well, why would anyone paint a lake without putting a boat on it??

I agree with her. That lake needed a boat. or a loon or something

Because they didn’t want to?

Don’t worry. It’s probably just a "painting " by the “Starving Artist” group, where the artists just paint a portion of each painting (like an assembly line.)

Just make it constantly change colors like the walls and it’ll match everything at some point.

Giblets?
Monet painted a lake? He did the seashore and his little pond choked with water lilies, but when did he do a lake?
