“Let’s hop into the WayBack Machine. . . .” NBC’s Curt Gowdy called the last out of the Cincinnati Reds’ 1975 World Series victory over the Boston Red Sox like someone had just shot his dog. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3OtkmFylKaM
Definitely not a sports lover here, but I have always wondered why, when a game is shown on TV, someone has to tell you what is happening on the field. Isn’t it just a bit obvious?

I had that problem with the Cardinals – Braves series. They really shouldn’t let TBS broadcast the Braves during the playoffs — they’re so biased.

It just seems that way. They’re not supposed to be biased. Just like newscasts.

With that obnoxious, repetitive chant from the fans, I’m glad they’re outa’ there! It’s worse than USC.
